Small items painted. The total number of separate small pieces that required painting approached 75. This does not include gas tank, frame, fenders and oil tank. A lot of stuff to hang! I painted in shifts using a ten ft. pole to hang pieces.

Paint used to paint entire bike was PPG Color Concept Catalyzed Epoxy Urethane w/ 2 final clear coats on all pieces.

Homemade seat posts assembly and K/S lever. These posts fit into the frame tubes and the red springs on the bottom of each rod are the shock absorbers for the seat. The black bushings are turned out of Delrin on the lathe.
